The HR Office is responsible for all things people, and our L&OD team is responsible for organisational development, design and learning interventions. You’ll be responsible for –

• To provide a proactive learning and organisational development consultancy service across the organisation to support change and delivery of priorities.
• To lead the design, development and application of organisational development approaches, diagnostic tools, interventions, and techniques to improve performance through behaviour, process, or structure change.
• To lead and manage learning and organisational development projects including:
  • Project scoping and definition
  • Stakeholder engagement/management
  • Project delivery and reporting
  • Evaluating effectiveness
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure staff and teams have the development support that they need and provide a seamless, co-ordinated service. This includes responsibility for working in partnership with a “client group” of Heads of Office to identify and meet local learning and OD needs.
• Work closely with the Inclusion & Diversity team to design and deliver a blend of development opportunities and to support a diverse and inclusive working environment and values-led culture.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and organisational development.
• Drive a culture of coaching and continuous professional development.

What we’re looking for

• Experience of delivering successful learning and organisational development interventions from initial consultation to evaluation, delivering change and career development to meet strategic priorities
• Demonstrable experience of using a consulting approach to diagnose learning and organisational development needs and identify and develop options to meet those needs.

About the role

In this role, you will offer clinical supervision to the Macmillan Support Line teams including advisers, nurses, line managers, service knowledge specialists and other groups and individuals as needed. As part of their continuing professional development, you will enable colleagues to reflect on their practice in supporting people affected by cancer while maintaining their own wellbeing.

You will be part of a team of 3 part-time clinical supervisors and will be given opportunities to feedback on recurrent themes to the organisation. You will learn about organisational wellbeing and be a key part of a team capable of working in an emotionally challenging, fast paced, live contact centre environment.

You will be running regular small group supervision sessions (approximately 3 per day) for 1hr 15’ each, managing a caseload of approximately 25 groups monthly. You will also offer individual supervision where needed.

About you

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• You must hold one of the following qualifications: Clinical Supervision Level 6 or above; accredited Counsellor or Psychotherapist (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, UK Council for Psychotherapy, Health Professionals Council)
• Your experience of delivering both 1-1 and group supervision virtually will be essential
• Experience of delivering supervision to colleagues who provide a live, frontline, fast paced health related service is desirable

The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of excellent fundraising results and fundraising compliance standards and specifically the delivery of performance improvements in our F2F fundraisers through coaching, training, and continuous development. The role will also involve direct fundraising where you will be expected to meet a personal target.

Key Accountabilities:

• Responsible for coaching the performance of multiple teams in the region that will consist of lone workers, pairs of fundraisers to bigger teams as the income plan increases.
• Responsible for an individual fundraising target and set of KPI’s that include inspiring people to become long-term monthly donors, generating income through contactless one-off donations and acquiring newsletter prospecting sign ups in a range of locations including residential door-to-door, town and city centres, private venues, and events and more commonly on our private land, the canal and river Towpaths.
• Acting as a hands-on fundraiser who leads by example, delivering fundraising income through signing up Friends and generating contactless income whilst demonstrating the Canal & River Trust ‘s values and behaviours.
• Generating income and being present on-site to visit fundraising teams, fundraise with them, cover sickness absence, coach performance, provide training & development of fundraisers, reinforce our culture of health & safety, embed compliance standards.
• Provide phone coaching and in-person coaching of fundraisers to support meeting their targets and KPI’s and in individual cases working with fundraisers to improve their results from their current level of performance to the required standard by equipping them with the technical and psychological training to work to their very best.

This is an exciting year for BCP in terms of solidifying our growth and development, and this is where you come in! We are looking for an operations manager to help oversee our existing projects as well as those in development, along with ensuring smooth day-to-day operations remain smooth. Our ops manager will support our staff, admin, and volunteer team leaders to ensure they feel supported and empowered in their roles, The role will also undertake and ensure effective monitoring and evaluation of our funded projects so that we can maintain positive relationships with our current funders and confidently seek relationships with new funders.

Overall purpose of the post:
To manage the day-to-day running of this growing charity in Broxtowe and ensure its continued development, working proactively with the trustees to provide day-to-day operational coordination and implement agreed development initiatives.

To coordinate current projects, with a particular focus on the foodbank, and to establish additional services in accordance with community needs.

Principal duties:

• To promote the aims, objectives and values of BCP, primarily the development of a sustainable community.

The Role:

The post holder will assist on the development, implementation and delivery of high quality educational experiences including school workshops, short courses, teacher training programmes and public events related to Adventure and Nature Based Outdoor Education.

Our Adventurous and Nature Based offering is currently delivered from The Tamar Manoukian Outdoor Residential Centre on Dumfries House Estate through practical hands-on workshops and events, targeted predominantly at primary and secondary school aged learners. Our offering is being expanded through the Tamar Manoukian Sports Hall. Both centres, alongside our extensive estate grounds, provide workshops that focus on harmony with nature, physical wellbeing, mental wellbeing and opportunity for personal growth and development. The centre’s vision is to ensure there is an understanding between people and planet utilising the importance of green spaces. Due to the holistic nature of our education strategy, the post holder will have the opportunity to work with colleagues, on interdisciplinary programmes, from the wider education team including STEM, Food and Horticulture, Farming and Rural Skills, Hospitality, Textiles and Building Crafts.

Key Tasks

Supporting the Education Manager to ensure the smooth delivery of the King’s Foundation’s education strategy and core TMOC programmes by:

• Delivering Adventurous and Nature Based workshops and activities to a variety of age groups and abilities.
