Job description

Are you a proven Copywriter and a natural communicator? TLG is looking for someone with a creative flair and a passion for people who can help shape its voice across all digital platforms including key responsibility for the charity’s social media. You will have experience of writing to multiple audiences with the same message.

Based in the hub of the action at our national support centre in Bradford, TLG’s Communications & Influence team is responsible for growing the charity across the UK. Our partnerships with TLG’s supporters are paramount in ensuring long term sustainability for TLG through our Hope Giving scheme.

You’ll be able to demonstrate an understanding of digital media and how these tools can be used to encourage engagement with our supporters and within our organisation. The ideal candidate will be able to write in a journalistic style, have excellent knowledge of English, be computer literate and possess impeccable attention to detail. We want someone who is a quick thinker, a problem solver and can analyse information quickly and effectively. We are looking for someone who is driven and able to work under their own initiative.

We are looking for candidates with a strong and vibrant Christian faith. The successful applicant will be required to undertake an enhanced disclosure via the DBS.
