In 2019, TLG was named the best charity to work for in the UK by the prestigious Sunday Times Best Not-for Profit Organisations to Work For!
As TLG Education Centres grow we are looking to appoint a well-organised Systems Coordinator to provide strategic leadership to their administration. As a key member of the Education Centre Development (ECD) team, you will drive greater efficiency, effectiveness and impact across our Education Centres, by developing and maintaining robust, adaptable administrative systems and processes fit to support the significant growth we anticipate.
The vision is for a leader and motivator of people who can balance strong knowledge of systems development with the need to equip people. The post-holder will be able to lead up, across and down within the organisation to ensure key outcomes and deadlines are achieved. With a proactive instinct and great attention to detail, they will lead the development of administrative support systems to equip the Education Centres to operate with excellence. The post-holder will be naturally inquisitive, constantly discovering and leading through new ways of working to enable greater efficiency, productivity and impact. This is a role for a leader with ambition who thrives in a fast-paced atmosphere of creative problem-solving and striving for better ways of doing things. Training on education-specific programmes will be provided, but a systematic and solutions-focussed mindset is essential.
We are looking to recruit an individual with a strong and vibrant Christian faith. TLG is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff including volunteers to share this commitment. The successful applicant will be required to undertake a DBS check.
TLG welcomes applications from many diverse backgrounds to enable us to better reflect the needs of the communities we serve.
The deadline for applications is Monday 11th October.
