TLG is a rapidly growing charity seeking an excellent administrator to provide key support to our Bradford-based People & Culture team. This role will work closely with the HR Advisors, requiring someone with a desire for detail and accuracy across a number of crucial areas and the ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
This role will lead on key administrative processes across the HR function, including staff safeguarding checks and assisting the team with recruitment administration. Furthermore, the postholder will play an essential role in data reporting and payroll processes, so we are looking for someone with a strong eye for detail. You will be joining the team at an exciting time where we’re implementing a new HR system, so this role is for someone who thrives in providing operational excellence and setting up logical processes to ensure the system is used to its full potential.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a keen interest to learn the essential HR processes within an organisation, as well as a strong passion for administration and organisational skills. With high capacity, proactive instinct and excellent communication skills, the HR Admin & Systems Coordinator will need to be comfortable handling a wide range of administrative duties and be able to meet multiple demands and responsibilities. The role may also provide opportunities to offer administrative support to different teams within TLG as they help to shape how TLG operate and function.
