Job description

TLG is a rapidly growing charity seeking an excellent administrator who can take a lead in providing support for our National Support team. This role will encompass the administrative leadership of key events, processes and project support in crucial areas across TLG.

Working alongside the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive, you will have the chance to influence future development and coordination of TLG’s administrative function. Alongside this, there will be opportunities to grow into providing tailored PA support to directors across TLG.

This is a unique opportunity for a leader with a strong passion for administration and organisational skills. With high capacity, proactive instinct and excellent communication skills, the Office Manager will be able to lead up and across the organisation to ensure key outcomes and deadlines are achieved.

We are looking for candidates who are committed to personal growth and development, with a strong and vibrant Christian faith. The successful candidate will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check.
