We are looking for an exceptional individual with a passion to work in the TLG Volunteer Programmes (VP) Team, administering and improving processes that ensure the growth of these programmes across the UK. The successful candidate will demonstrate great communication and social skills to achieve the best possible outcomes in providing administrative support for this team.
TLG is looking for someone relational and inquisitive, with experience of handling competing pressures and delivering to targets, experience of using a CRM system and a vibrant Christian faith. This key role will ensure prompt and accurate inputting of data, development of admin systems and processes, and great communication with referees, volunteers, schools, churches and other team members.

Contract: Fixed-term until December 2022, with the possibility of extension beyond this point
