We work with young people with learning disabilities, mental health & emotional issues, young people leaving care and those at risk of exploitation/offending.
Attain Project Manager

Based in Aylesbury
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and driven project manager to lead and manage our already successful and developed Attain Project. You will take personal responsibility for the further development our two hubs in Aylesbury and High Wycombe and also manage Hub co-ordinators running their Attain hubs in Milton Keynes and Central Beds. You will be cultivating and building new relationships and will have ownership of the successes you’ll experience in transitioning young people leaving care to a better future.
You will be supported by and manage a team of 2 Hub Coordinators and between 120-150 volunteers across the project, with further support from our volunteer co-ordinator, and you will support 100+ young people leaving care to change their lives.
You are an excellent organiser, manager, team-leader and communicator with a hands-on approach. From experience, you want to make a real difference and you are able to work sensitively and effectively with young people who have personal challenges and need help.
