Job description

Dynamic Service Manager is required to start ASAP for a small  Adult Mental Health & Disability Charity in St  Albans, Hertfordshire.  Managing the Trinity Community Project is a fulfilling role for somebody with a strong background in management and social care who is interested in taking on the most senior post in a small organisation. We provide services, five days a week, for adults living with a learning difficulty and/or experiencing mental health concerns. A range of activities are provided within the centre and in the local community to encourage people to develop their independent living skills and promote a sense of well being and social inclusion. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated MANAGER with strong leadership and management skills, to manage, review and continue to develop our Day Service, Activity programme & Community Outreach provision. The ideal candidate will have experience of managing community delivered services, for the client groups we support. As we are a small not for profit organisation, the manager’s role will involve working alongside paid staff and volunteers to deliver the day to day service. This post will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to lead and shape a service that has played a crucial role in the local community for the past 35 years. This is an exciting time to join Trinity Community Project as we work on our Post-Covid recovery programme and determine the future direction of our service to best support the local community. This fantastic opportunity will give you a great deal of autonomy and allow you to make a significant impact on the well-being of our clients.
