The Trustees are looking for an experienced and dedicated person to shape a new role in this effective and expanding Bath based charity. The post has been created as part of a staffing review to work alongside the Clinical Director and lead the strategic development of the charity.
Both the CEO and the Clinical Director will be directly responsible to the Board of Trustees. You will need to have experience of project management and evaluation, ideally in the voluntary sector and a genuine interest in mental health. The position will initially be on a freelance basis, starting on a minimum of a day a week and involve the responsibility with our part time fundraiser for securing the funds to make it a three-day a week permanent role. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to apply for the permanent post with a guaranteed interview.
This is an exciting opportunity to create a new role and play a key part in the growth of the charity as it consolidates the use of virtual media developed in response to the challenges of the pandemic.
Applications should be by letter addressing the job description and person specification, supported by a CV with 2 referees.
Interviews will take place in Bath on Friday 15th October 2021. Please note, we hope to hold face to face interviews subject to the health situation at the time and discussion with invited candidates.
The client requests no contact from agencies or media sales.
