Are you an imaginative, energetic major relationships fundraiser looking for an exciting new challenge? Do you have a proven track record in growing income from Trusts and Major Donors? If so, we would really love to speak to you about a very special opportunity here at the Lewis-Manning Hospice.
Lewis-Manning Hospice is already well known locally as a centre offering excellent palliative care to local people living with cancer and other life-limiting illnesses and their carers, and we have recently opened our brand-new state of the art in-patient unit for end of life care, for patients in the East of Dorset with stunning views of Poole Harbour. We passionately believe in treating every person and every day as special, ensuring that each individual person knows they matter.
We are now seeking an accomplished, inspiring and dynamic fundraiser to join our team at this exciting time. Playing a key role in the development of the new fundraising strategy, this role will lead the organisation in cultivating and stewarding relationships with high net worth prospects and donors to deliver long-term sustainable relationships.
With success, this role will have the opportunity to build a strong team and create an environment where innovative fundraising ideas can grow and flourish.
You’ll need to have a proven track record in growing income from Trusts and Major Donors and be an expert in managing a portfolio of major relationships with influential individuals from prospect to close. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and a supportive team that is committed to the highest levels of personal and team performance.
If this sounds like your next challenge, then please submit your covering letter and CV by Thursday 9th March 2017. If you would like more information on the role or about Lewis-Manning Hospice, please feel free to give the hospice a call and ask for Andy or William to have an informal chat.
Interviews for the role are due to be held week commencing 13th March 2017, please indicate in your covering letter whether you would be able to attend on these dates should you be successful in being shortlisted for interview.
We look forward to hearing from you!
