£21000 - £22800 pro rata (FTE £35000 - £38000)
Contract, Fixed Term contract until March 2023, Part-time
Job description

Location: Mostly remote with some in-person working in London and across the UK.

Buttle UK, Smallwood and Turn2Us are grant making organisations who believe no one in the UK should live in poverty. We are working together to look at the causes and impact of gendered poverty on women and their families.

We are seeking an organised and passionate Inception Phase Programme Manager who will work with us to design this programme. We want this project to be led and informed by the women affected by gendered poverty because we know it will help us have a greater impact and shift power.

As the Inception Phase Programme Manager, you will help turn our ideas into a real programme. You will use co production, working in specific locations to help us understand gendered poverty in that area and work with women and their families to develop solutions. You will help lead us up to the launch of the programme, keeping us organised and ensuring we are communicating with each other effectively.

This role will be managed and hosted by the Local Programmes Team at Turn2Us, but you will work closely with staff from all three organisations. Our ideal candidate will be committed to shifting power to those closest to the problem of gendered poverty, have experience of running busy projects with a variety of stakeholders, of co-production and knowledge of grant making.

Please view our bespoke candidate pack which provides information about the skills required for this role.

If you are committed to Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging, love to help organise projects and believe that the people who have experienced poverty are the best people to end it – then we want to hear from you.

We welcome applications from anyone regardless of their age, experience, disability, ethnicity, heritage, sexuality, gender and socio-economic background. We particularly welcome applications from disabled candidates, trans people and black, Asian, and minority ethnic candidates, as these groups are underrepresented within our organisation.

This post is live on Charityjob until the 8th January 2022, and will close on the 10th January for applications.
