Love4Life is the primary programme delivered by TwentyTwenty. Love4Life is about empowering young people aged 11-19 to build confidence and make positive choices in their relationships, health and education.
Based in Loughborough and working across Leicestershire and Derbyshire, Love4Life specialises in delivering targeted relationship and sex education by supporting young women who are facing difficulties in these areas. All of our work embeds positive self-esteem, body image and mental wellbeing in order to help young people become more resilient and confident.
We also support young people in gaining knowledge of how to be safe online, how to know whether they’re putting themselves into a risky situation, understanding signs of an unhealthy or abusive relationships and discovering their own values and the characteristics they should expect of a potential partner or friend.
We believe that once young people feel good about themselves they are more likely to make healthy and positive choices for their lives.

These may take place in the community or in schools, and could sometimes include our paid Relationship & Sex Education workshops.
You will need to be passionate and confident in working with disadvantaged and vulnerable teenage girls (11-19 year olds) and know how to deliver inspiring and engaging activities.
You will be organised and efficient with time, resources and administration, and uphold our high levels of conduct when engaging with young people, including embracing the diversity of our groups.
Some previous experience working with young people – whether paid or voluntary – will be required for this role. We encourage interested candidates who do not have this experience to consider volunteering with us first.
