Job description

We are looking for self-motivated experienced individuals for our newly established fundraising department. We are small charity working together with councils and other organisations. We are running different projects within England. Our Main projects are Scholars School, FEEDO NEEDO and Ladies First. Most of the funding we are generating through our projects but for new projects we are looking for Fundraising Manager.

Position: Fundraising Manager – England

Location: Home based, ideally in or around Greater London, Cambridge, Midlands & Greater Manchester) with regular travel to services within the region. 
Job type: Full Time, Permanent 
Hours: 35 hours per week 
Salary: £25,000 pa plus car allowance 
Benefits: 20 days holiday (plus 8 bank holidays) increasing to 15 days after first year, an Employee Assistance Programme, annual staff award schemes, access to award winning training and development

With the implementation of a new fundraising plan, they are ambitious to grow to help even more people with our projects 

We are looking for a dynamic fundraising manager to join our team. As Fundraising Manage, you will maximise income and awareness for our client by supporting and developing regional fundraising activity 

You will achieve ambitious monthly targets.

About you: 

The successful candidate may have a proven track record in fundraising or relationship management and generating new business to meet income targets. But equally you could be looking for your first job in charity; or someone outside of the sector looking to gain some amazing experience in a brilliant fundraising team. You’ll be an influential negotiator with highly engaging communication, presentation, networking and relationship building skills. You will be self-motivated and action focused with excellent time management skills. 

You will need to: 

- Have a full UK driving licence and access to a car 
- Have a sufficient Broadband connection 
- Live in the region stated. Candidates who live outside should highlight an intention to relocate to the area in their covering letter for their application to be considered
