Understanding Recruitment are currently supporting a leading national charity in their search for a new Fundraising Manager based in London Bridge, Central London (1-2 days working from home).
Having adapted exceptionally well throughout Covid-19 this charity has seen great funding stability and are now looking to grow out their fundraising team of 7 with a new Fundraising Manager. As Fundraising Manager, you will be working across a variety of income streams including, Trusts & Foundations, Major Donor, Individual Giving, Legacies and Community & Events.
An opportunity to take a step up, this Fundraising Manager will get to be hands on with the implementation of a new mid-level donor strategy and support the Director of Fundraising with new fundraising strategy. A chance to also further your line management experience and have your own small team of 3, you will work collaboratively to achieve a team income target of £1.2m.

To be successful as Fundraising Manager, you will have:
- Proven experience in fundraising across a range of income streams (particularly Trusts & Foundations)
- Confidence in implementing and creating fundraising strategy
- Evidence of line managing at least 1-2 people previously
- Excellent stewardship of donors and funders
- Collaborative nature and positive outlook

Salary: £38,000-£42,000 + Working from home options + 28 days holiday + Competitive pension scheme
