Technology at Unicef UK is vital to enable us to maximise the value of our workplace productivity, communications and data storage technologies to support our mission to promote children’s voices, unlock resources and advocate change for children.
We are currently recruiting for a Technology Product Manager to help drive adoption of Unicef UK’s user support services, ensuring that workplace technologies are effectively leveraged and that colleagues are appropriately trained and supported.
This is a varied role, requiring a mix of people and technology skills and a broad set of professional competencies, including business partnering, business process improvement, technology release and deployment, learning delivery and management of service levels and suppliers
To succeed, you’ll be critical thinker, passionate about new technologies, able to deliver outstanding customer experience, while improving operational processes and identifying opportunities to simplify processes to help Unicef UK deliver more income, influence and impact for children. You’ll be an enthusiastic, self-motivated and resilient team player, willing to get stuck into the details to be able to maximise the return for investment on our products, and skilled at managing multiple projects at the same time. Experience in Microsoft productivity suite and Cloud technologies are highly regarded.
