About the Role


This is a new and exciting opportunity to develop and grow UWSE Award Centre nationally, the ideal candidate will have a proven record in leadership and management of a dispersed team. This role is a national role that requires travel into London and across the Uk.


We are looking for someone to take responsibility for continued growth of our Award Centre with a focus on delivering impact around progression, qualifications, and industry experience for people with a learning disability.


The successful candidate will be to develop the Awards Centre to be responsive, scalable, and fully accessible for trainees across the Thera Group and take the lead to develop and embed an online learning environment that supports academic and social skills in a dynamic and accessible way.


The National Awards Centre Manager will also provide innovation and leadership around person centred skills and blended learning for learners with a learning disability to team members and partners.
