As Donor Relations Managers you will be part of a specialist team that nurtures meaningful relationships with a broad range of impactful donors. You will work closely with senior stakeholders within Advancement and across UCL on engagement and stewardship activity to ensure all of our donors receive an exceptional donor experience that deepens their relationship with both UCL and the area(s) they support.

You will have a strong understanding of the importance of stewardship in building long term relationships and proven ability in delivering activities that create an exceptional donor or customer experience. Excellent communications skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships across a number of varied stakeholders is essential.
