The insight/market research manager post is new, so you will have to work closely with colleagues to get this up-and-running. You will be responsible for developing the Union’s new insight and customer research function to embed the use of insight/data to inform decision-making, planning, execution and review of the Union’s work and, where appropriate, University projects.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a similar role with proven success, using insight-led approaches to inform and support planning and service delivery, and helping to develop relevant solutions to target specific audiences. Experience of students' unions is not required.
