Job Description

Our vision is that by 2021 we will be a more active and inclusive Union with a powerful student-led voice; delivering meaningful change for students across their Leicester experience. To help deliver this we are looking to develop the impact and reach of our campaigns over the course of the year ahead.

You will be responsible for the co-ordination and development of our sector-leading Peer Mentoring programme, working within the wider Support team to ensure our welfare provision for students is of the highest possible standard. You will also be responsible for working with departments across the Students’ Union to ensure that student and staff training needs are fully met.

We are looking for a confident, creative individual with excellent training and customer service skills and a positive attitude.
