Job description

We are looking for an experienced applications or database specialist to lead a team to support our growing user community of over 500 staff across 79 sites in building relationships with alumni and donors.

The Application Management team plays a critical role the in the Development and Alumni Relations Systems (DARS) Team by managing all applications built around the central Blackbaud CRM platform. This includes environment management, configuration, functionality, and the user support helpdesk. Above all, we are looking for someone to join our team who is passionate about providing excellent customer service, and delivering functionality with the strategic business need at the heart of all decision making.
