This role will execute and deliver the strategic direction of the organisation’s digital engagement alongside the Marketing and Communications Manager, and you will work on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
UWSU is entering an exciting phase with a new organisation strategy, and social media and communication strategy that focuses on community building, storytelling, and data-driven impact and decision-making. In the role, you will ensure the Union is effectively communicating the work of student leaders, elected officers, and staff members in a timely manner across multiple digital channels. As the digital landscape is moving towards a videocentric approach, a key talent for the role is to produce video content using in-built tools and other software, and a keen ability for storytelling and copywriting.
