The Role
As the Deputy Team Leader (Court Services), working alongside Team Leaders you will be responsible for the delivery of the Witness Service within your court/s.
You will share responsibility for the effective coordination and development of volunteers who support witnesses in their journey through the criminal justice system.
You willbe responsible for general service administrative tasks within the courts, as well as inputting service data.

The Community Builder role focuses on making connections within the community and facilitating local community groups to develop activities and events. This role focuses specifically on engaging younger adults (16 - 30 yrs) and is expected to work closely with existing staff and other community builders in the local area.
We are ideally seeking applicants with experience of community devlopment work, and good knowledge of digital media. It may well suit someone with lived experience from the target group, or experience of working with this age group.
Main Purpose of Role
·To work with local community groups and individuals using an asset-based approach, to help them become more active in their local communities
·To provide particular focus on connecting younger adults (16-30 years) with their local neighbourhood and wider communities of interest
·To create digital content in support of PRC’s marketing and communications programme, to raise the charity’s profile and promote its role in the local community. In particular, to share positive stories to promote community activities and events, and inspire individuals to participate
Key Tasks
·To engage with local communities within Pershore and its surrounds using an ‘strengths based’ approach, with particular focus on younger adults who are socially isolated
·To create an ‘asset map’ for the local area (e.g. individuals, associations, institutions, places etc.) and identify local connectors
·Support local residents to identify what is important to them, and to create associations, activities or events which are sustainable beyond the project. This will include helping people to identify and source the necessary resources and funding
·Bring together individuals who wish to get more involved in the community, providing support and mentoring to achieve these goals
·Engage with a range of local organisations and associations (e.g. Wellbeing Hub, Police, library, local businesses), individual community connectors and supporters to create a network of interdependent community support, and to facilitate delivery of community-led projects and solutions

Transition Together is seeking to continue the work of deepening connection and growing the voice of the Transition Movement in England and Wales through the freelance engagement of three Network Weavers. FareShare Midlands is the region’s largest food redistribution charity, fighting food poverty and hunger by tackling waste. We source good quality food that is surplus to requirements from the food industry. An army of volunteers help redistribute this food to over 500 frontline charities and community groups such as school breakfast clubs, community centres and organisations supporting those who are homeless, unemployed, socially isolated and recovering from addiction. These organisations provide meals and food parcels to over 67,000 vulnerable people every week. We also support people through our Employability programmes, enabling them to learn skills and find rewarding work – some for the first time.
Hunger is a growing issue in the UK and while there is surplus food that is otherwise going to waste, we believe that this food should be used to feed people first.
The Role
This role will work closely with the Volunteer Manager to coordinate and administrate the daily running of our volunteer programme in the Nottingham area. You will be responsible for the timely collection, processing and updating of all volunteer data for the volunteer teams in your area.
You will also ensure that compliance data such as food hygiene certificates, driving licence checks etc. are completed and recorded within expected timeframes.
The role will involve working closely with the operations teams to ensure that volunteer inductions are completed and site rotas are maintained.
Key duties and responsibilities:

About the role:
Your role as a Service Delivery Assistant (SDA) will be to provide an administrative function to the Humberside staff team.
The SDA role is a crucial one, to ensure the efficient running of the service and support the frontline staff to provide an effective service.
