Rheolwr Rhaglen Academi Arweinyddiaeth Cenedlaethau’r Dyfodol

 

Mae UpRising yn recriwtio ar gyfer Rheolwr Rhaglen rhan amser (30 awr / 4 diwrnod) i fod yn gyfrifol am reoli a chefnogi cyflwyno Academi Arweinwyr Cenedlaethau’r Dyfodol. Lleolir y rôl yng Nghaerdydd a chyflogir am gyfnod penodol o 12 mis.

Ein cenhadaeth yw agor llwybrau at arweinyddiaeth ar gyfer oedolion ifanc dawnus o gefndiroedd amrywiol a rhai a dangynrychiolir, a’u harfogi â’r wybodaeth, y rhwydweithiau, y sgiliau a’r hyder i gyflawni’u potensial fel arweinwyr, dod o hyd i gyfleoedd newydd a thrawsnewid y byd o’u cwmpas drwy gyfrwng gweithredu cymdeithasol.

Mae newid diwylliant yn y sector gyhoeddus, gwella llesiant cymdeithasol, economaidd, amgylcheddol a diwylliannol Cymru, a gwarchod buddiannau Cenedlaethau’r Dyfodol, oll yn dod o dan gylch gorchwyl Deddf Llesiant Cenedlaethau’r Dyfodol. Cyfrifoldeb Comisiynydd Cenedlaethau’r Dyfodol a’i thîm yw helpu i wneud i hyn ddigwydd.

Mae UpRising wedi cynghreirio gyda Swyddfa Comisiynydd Cenedlaethau’r Dyfodol i Gymru er mwyn darparu rhaglen addysgu a fydd yn gweithredu ar draws sectorau ledled Cymru. Y nod yw cefnogi sefydliadau i feddwl mwy am yr hirdymor, gweithio’n fwy effeithiol gyda phobl, cymunedau a’i gilydd, a cheisio atal problemau rhag digwydd a thaclo pynciau llosg cyffredin drwy weithredu dull mwy unedig o fynd i’r afael â nhw.

Drwy gyfrwng y cyfle unigryw hwn, bydd yr ymgeisydd llwyddiannus yn gweithio ar draws y ddau sefydliad a gyda sawl sefydliad partner i ddarparu rhaglen sy’n arfogi arweinwyr y dyfodol â’r sgiliau a’r wybodaeth angenrheidiol er mwyn eu galluogi i wynebu a mynd i’r afael â heriau presennol a rhai’r dyfodol, a’u datrys.

Rydym ni’n chwilio am rywun sy’n deall beth mae Deddf Llesiant Cenedlaethau’r Dyfodol Cymru (2015) yn anelu at ei chyflawni, ac sy’n gallu dangos y pum dull o weithio.

 

Y Rôl:

Rydym ni’n chwilio am unigolyn brwd ac ysbrydoledig sy’n dymuno gwneud gwahaniaeth gweladwy i fywydau pobl ifanc o gymunedau amrywiol ledled Cymru. Bydd y rôl yn goruchwylio a darparu rhaglen arweinyddiaeth 10 mis o hyd i 17 person proffesiynol a leolir ledled Cymru. Bydd y rhaglen yn cael ei chyflwyno gan ddefnyddio dull dysgu cyfunol gyda chymysgedd o gynnwys ar lein a sesiynau wyneb yn wyneb. Lleolir y rôl yng Nghaerdydd a bydd y Rheolwr Rhaglen yn gweithio ar y cyd rhwng lleoliadau dwy swyddfa UpRising a Chomisiynydd Cenedlaethau’r Dyfodol. Rheolir y rôl hon gan UpRising.

Efallai y byddwn ni’n dymuno cynnal rhannau o’r rhaglen y tu allan i Gaerdydd, fyddai’n golygu fod y Rheolwr Rhaglen yn gorfod teithio.

Ymhlith y cyfrifoldebau, ond heb eu cyfyngu i’r rhain, mae cynllunio rhaglen, rheoli cyllideb, rheoli rhanddeiliaid a chefnogi cyfranogwyr y rhaglen.

Bydd angen i’r ymgeisydd llwyddiannus fynd drwy wiriad DBS, a bydd angen gallu teithio i Gaerdydd, neu gael eu lleoli yno. I gael manylion llawn y swydd hon (gan gynnwys disgrifiadau swydd, cymwyseddau a sut i wneud cais), lawrlwthwch ein pecyn swydd.

Future Generations Leadership Academy Programme Manager

 

UpRising are recruiting for a part-time (30 hours/4 days) Programme Manager to be responsible for managing and supporting the delivery of the Future Generations Leadership Academy. The role will be based in Cardiff and is for a fixed-term of 12 months.

Our mission is to open up the pathways to leadership for talented young adults from diverse and underrepresented backgrounds and to equip them with the knowledge, networks, skills and confidence to fulfil their leadership potential, find new opportunities and transform the world around them through social action.

 

Making it happen

Changing culture in the public sector, improving the social, economic, environmental and cultural well-being of Wales and protecting the interests of Future Generations, all fall within the remit of the Well-being of Future Generations Act.  The Future Generations Commissioner and her team are tasked with helping to make this happen.

 

UpRising have partnered with the Office of the Future Generations Commissioner for Wales to deliver a learning programme which will operate cross-sector and pan Wales.  The aim is to support organisations to think more about the long-term, work more effectively with people, communities and each other, and seek to prevent problems occurring and tackle common issues by taking a more joined-up approach.

Through this unique opportunity the successful applicant will work across both organisations and with various partner organisations to deliver a programme which equips young future leaders with the necessary skills and knowledge to enable them to approach, tackle and solve current and future challenges.

We are looking for someone with an understanding of what the Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015 aims to achieve and is able to demonstrate the five ways of working.

 

The Role:

We are looking for an inspiring and motivated individual looking to make a tangible difference in the lives of young people from diverse communities across Wales. This role will oversee and deliver a 10-month leadership programme to 17 young professionals based across Wales. The programme will be delivered using a blending learning approach with a mixture of online content and face-to-face sessions. The role will be based in Cardiff with the Programme Manager working between the UpRising office and the Office of the Future Generations Commissioner for Wales. This role will be managed by UpRising.

We may wish to host/ hold parts of the programme outside of Cardiff which would require the Programme Manager to travel.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to programme planning, budget management, stakeholder management and supporting the programme participants.
