The post holder will report to the Business Support & Development Manager (BSDM). Apart from other colleagues at VAC, the main contacts of the post are: VAC CEO, Board of Trustees, SMT and key external stakeholders.
To work collaboratively with SMT, all staff and stakeholders in order to manage the Finance and HR of the organisation and support/input to member stakeholders.
To be responsible for an efficient and accurate financial management service, including the monitoring of actuals against budget and reconciliations of income and expenditure.
To be responsible for all general personnel matters within the organisation including the administration of the recruitment of staff.
To ensure the organisation makes the best possible use of resources through effective contribution to strategic planning, including consideration of all financial implications.
