Job Description

Victim Support are looking for an Anti-Social Project Assistant. The role will be based predominantly at Chandlers Ford but with some time spent in our Basingstoke office and travel across the Southern Central region.

Victim Support (VS) is an independent charity for people affected by crime in England and Wales. We work towards a world where people affected by crime or traumatic events get the support they need and respect they deserve.

The purpose of the post is to assist in the organisation, management and delivery of a service for referred housing association victims of anti-social behaviour (ASB) within the South central area. To support victims of anti-social behaviour who are referred to the service by housing associations and provide a single point of contact, you will also be required to undertake some face to face visits to tenants experiencing anti-social behaviour.

You will maintain a referral system to contact and record all client face to face, telephone/SMS, e-mail or letter contact, training on in-house systems will be provided. The role will be based predominantly at Chandlers Ford but with some time spent in our Basingstoke office and travel across the Southern Central region.
