Job Description

Victim Support is looking for full time victim focused Fraud Support Project Manager for their busy National Contact Centre based in St Mellons.

Victim Support (VS) is an independent charity for people affected by crime in England and Wales. We work towards a world where people affected by crime or traumatic events get the support they need and respect they deserve.

The purpose of this role is to set up, implement and manage the Fraud Support project. The successful applicant will be accountable for Fraud Crime support services across England and Wales. Additional responsibilities include progressing the work streams identified in the Project specification within the agreed timescales, to assisting the Contract Manager with the development and management of fraud crime services, particularly ensuring the team meets Key Performance Indicators.

The successful candidate will also have to identify opportunities for appropriate projects to improve available services to all victims of fraud crime, and be accountable for information management ensuring adherence to Victim Support's Confidentiality Policy and Information Sharing Policies, including Safeguarding and Disclosure and act within legislative requirements.

This role will be initially be for a six month pilot which, if successful, will be extended.
