Victim Support is looking for an Operations Manager based in North Yorkshire

Your primary role will be to ensure the delivery of excellent support and line manage a team to provide a high-quality frontline services to victims of all crimes. To be the lead in crisis situations and provide advice and guidance on safeguarding, child protection issues and information sharing concerns.
You will be accountable for the performance of the service against operational plans and performance standards, including compliance with national standards and codes of practice and all legislative requirements.
You will be required to take lead responsibility for ensuring that appropriate allocations, work plans, appraisals, supervision and staff development strategies are devised, implemented, monitored and reviewed in line with service and Victim Support standards, timescales, aims, objectives and ambitions, and therefore have a proven track record of managing a team delivering services of similar nature and scope, including performance management and staff development.
Experience of data management with strong IT skills are also essential requirements as you will provide regular reports to the Area Manager and funders where needed.
