Victim Support is recruiting a Performance and Data Analyst. This role can be home based (within England and Wales) or at one of Victim Support's offices.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Performance and Data Analyst. The purpose of this role is to lead on the production of local and regional performance and quality data reports, helping to provide insight into service delivery, drive improvement and accurately represent service users and their experiences. This role plays a vital part in increasing understanding of victims' support journey and driving best practice.

The post-holder will be responsible for improving oversight of performance and data through developing best practice approaches, products and processes for data reporting and analysis. They will work in partnership with Area Managers and Services Directors to support evidence based decision-making and resource planning. They will also help to drive improvements in the clarity, consistency and reliability of data and reports provided to stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a sound knowledge and experience in reporting and statistical packages, applying business improvement methodologies and engaging non-specialist senior internal and external audiences. They will also have a passion for team working, and accuracy and transparency of data.
