Job description

Victim Support is looking to recruit a Senior Independent Victim Advocate Team Leader to cover our two offices in Lancaster and Fylde, Lancashire. Managing the teams of Independent Victims Advocates based in the offices.

Victim Support (VS) is an independent charity for people affected by crime in England and Wales. We work towards a world where people affected by crime or traumatic events get the support they need and respect they deserve.


We are recruiting a Senior Independent Victims Advocate, managing teams based in our Fylde and Lancaster offices.

To be successful in this role you will have knowledge of the Criminal Justice system and the impact crime has on people and communities. You will also be able to demonstrate a background of managing teams.

You will work as part of the team on a shift pattern covering the operating hours. The post is subject to an enhanced criminal records check
