Victim Support is looking for a Service Delivery Assistant based in Connect Gwent Victims' Hub, Blackwood, Caerphilly

Victim Support (VS) is an independent charity for people affected by crime in England and Wales. We work towards a world where people affected by crime or traumatic events get the support they need and respect they deserve.

The main purpose of the job is to assist the team with administrative duties to help provide the best tailored support to Victims' needs.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience of an administrative role as well as delivering a service to people in positions of vulnerability, in a statutory, voluntary, community or private social care setting. You will have experience of working to agreed standards and procedures and have an appreciation of the importance of confidentiality, safeguarding and safe working practices.

You will have excellent IT skills and be able to work collaboratively as part of a team. You will also be able to deal sensitively with challenging and emotionally charged situations, demonstrating empathy and control over your own emotions.
