Victim Support is looking for a Victim Focus Manager based in Rhondda Cynon Taff

Victim Support (VS) is an independent charity for people affected by crime in England and Wales. We work towards a world where people affected by crime or traumatic events get the support they need and respect they deserve.

The post holder will lead, motivate and support a team of staff and volunteers to deliver needs led support to victims of crime, which promotes client choice and control. You will work with external partners, including the police, statutory agencies and other third sector organisations developing strong links in the community, working collaboratively and challenging partners to meet the needs of service users. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the post holder will help to shape and develop the service to maximise positive outcomes for those that access the service.

The successful candidate will have experience of managing, valuing, providing support and guidance to a team with a client service focus as well as experience of building and maintaining relationships with external partners and key stakeholders.
