ActionAid has an amazing opportunity - to come and work in our Direct Marketing team as Head of Supporter Retention. This is a key strategic role in our fundraising team and you’ll have the opportunity to influence and transform the programme.
Your passion and experience means that you’ll be confident in taking on a challenging and rewarding role. You’ll receive fantastic support from an experienced manager, and have the backing of the wider team as you shape supporter retention plans.
As a confident and experienced manager, you’ll be a natural leader and happy to provide an outstanding environment in which your team can flourish. It’s very important to us to have a great environment for fundraisers to work in.
Equally important is a commitment to excellence in Direct Marketing. With natural strategic flair, and excellent numeracy, you’ll also have the ability to ensure superb quality in all aspects of operational management across the full range of supporter retention activity.
You will also ensure ActionAid is able to respond quickly and effectively in times of humanitarian crisis by leading on our emergency fundraising appeals to supporters.
