Healthwatch is a statutory function defined by the Health and Social Care Act 2012.  Its role is to be the independent voice of residents using health and social care services and present that voice to statutory partners and commissioners. All local Healthwatch organisations are part of the Healthwatch England network.

The Healthwatch Brent Manager (Strategic) will be part of a small professional team located in our Wembley Central office and will work alongside the Healthwatch Brent Operational Manager, who oversees the operational delivery of our contract. We are looking for someone with an interest and experience in the changing health and social care policy landscape.

The Strategic Manager will navigate this changing landscape and will be responsible for the strategic and operational planning, and delivery of the programme. The successful candidate will represent Healthwatch Brent at a strategic North West London level and will ensure the voice of Brent residents is represented at this wider integrated health and care level.
