Job description

RoadPeace is the national charity for road crash victims. Our role is to support victims, campaign for judicial reform and reduce road danger. Our members include those who have been bereaved or injured in crashes and those who are concerned about road danger.

RoadPeace has been commissioned by West Mercia Police and Crime Commissioner to pilot a new project in Shrewsbury and launch new services for road crash victims. One of these services include a Victim Care Coordinator who will work closely with local police and be based within the West Mercia Victim Advice Line (VAL) providing support to seriously injured road crash victims.
