Kindred Minds is a peer-led mental health support charity, providing activities to help assist people in their mental health wellness. In April 2020, we began our 5 year activity programme following funding from the National Lottery Community Fund. In that time, we have seen our service users increase as the need for mental health support has grown post-covid and we expect this to continue to increase.

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day programme delivery and development, including evaluation and monitoring, small funding bids, finance reporting and health & safety. Strategic support is provided to the charity by Denise Bernard from Momentum Expedite Consultancy Ltd.

This is a self-employed role, but insured by Kindred Minds. The core funding is 14 hours per week, however due to an additional project, the hours are 18 hours per week until 31st December 2022. The role is flexible, with the ability to work hours of your choosing so long as average hours are worked per week. Due to the nature of the work, this is site based in our office in Lee Valley Millenium Centre, L25 2PR.

To give you a flavour of our work, please find us on the Charity Commission website, Charity number 1161849 to read our annual reports and please visit our website.
