Job description

Are you a proven fundraiser, looking for your next challenge in an organisation changing children’s lives around the world?

As Viva’s Global Funding Manager you will lead our fundraising from trusts, foundations, statutory bodies and other charities and take it to the next level. Working closely with other members of the Fundraising and Network Development Teams you will research new opportunities, develop relationships and nurture those already giving.

Experienced in raising funds from statutory bodies, trusts and foundations, you will have the ability to write and edit effective and successful proposals, liaising with colleagues and funders in the UK and internationally, working under pressure and meeting deadlines.

You will be an excellent communicator – face to face, on the phone and in writing. You will be committed and highly organised. You will have strong administrative skills and a proven ability to manage a dynamic workload effectively.

Viva is dedicated to changing more children’s lives so they can fulfil their God-given potential. We are reaching over 4 million children in 28 countries through our 39 partner networks, which comprise over 5,000 churches and community organisations.

Are you ready to join our highly-motivated, dynamic and creative team, and play a crucial role in helping Viva increase its impact, sustainability and reach?

To apply, please click on the 'Apply' button for full application details. The closing date for applications is midnight on Monday 12 October 2020. Interviews will be held on Thursday 22 October 2020.

This is a full-time position based at our office in Oxford, or from home, with a salary of £25,000 to £32,000 (depending on experience).
