Job Title: Marketing and Communications Administrator
Contract Period: 1 year fixed term from start of contract
Hours: 37 hrs flexible
Location: Office-based/remote working
Responsible To: Marketing and Communications Strategist
Voice4Change England is looking for a driven individual to join our team and support our Marketing and Communications Strategist in all areas including campaign delivery, content development and delivery, maintenance of social media accounts and websites and will take responsibility for reporting on all analytics and insights to impact on improving on fundraising and marketing campaign work. The successful candidate will engage with our staff team and supporters through a range of multimedia channels and support the department in the delivery of targets in line with Voice4Change England strategic plan.
Start: 1st October
The role is also responsible for membership recruitment and retention and will plan and manage communication to members; conceptualising and delivering membership campaigns; and establishing and reporting on metrics around the membership journey/cycle, member engagement, membership numbers and income.
Candidates for this post should have three to five years of similar experience, gained ideally in the charity sector. They should be able to devise and implement an engaging, effective marketing campaign, using the full spectrum of the marketing mix, including the ability to use digital marketing tools. Very strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary as is the ability to work independently within a small team.
Candidate must have:
· Have experience of delivery high-quality communications across a wide range of platforms
· Be experienced in designing and delivering effective communications and media strategies
· Have a strong background in working successfully with the media and journalists
· Have experience working with WordPress
