As an EPRM you will be a key contributor to the regional strategy working very much in a one team environment whilst giving you the space to grow and develop your skills. Your role as EPRM will see you work directly with young people and teachers in schools that take part in Young Enterprise programmes such as company programme, day programmes and digital programmes. You will also oversee regional relationships, at local authority level or equivalent.

The EPRM role involves being flexible to the needs of the region and your team and to provide regional leadership. Some of the duties include, which is not an exhaustive list

• Deliver and or support the delivery of Young Enterprise programmes and services in schools, colleges, universities, and youth centres
• Work as part of the regional team to proactively identify and generate sources of local income to support YE programmes.
• Manage and monitor KPIs and local contracts associated with the above tasks through the regional operations plan set out by the Regional Manager.
• Work with the local YE Volunteer Team (LVT), providing support, direction and opportunities to engage with local activity, which may include fundraising, volunteering on programmes and / or promoting our programmes to new school
• Work closely with Programmes & Services team to support the development and delivery of our full suite of programmes, while also developing your own knowledge and understanding of our full suite of programmes and services to promote to schools.

• Project delivery: Getting involved in project delivery, such as foundational research for project development and delivering workshops.

You will also assist in identifying new projects or funding opportunities and contribute to the preparation of funding proposals. In this role you’ll proactively secure fundraising corporate partnerships. We are currently recruiting for a F2F Fundraising Performance Coach's. The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of excellent fundraising results and fundraising compliance standards and specifically the delivery of performance improvements in our F2F fundraisers through coaching, training, and continuous development. The role will also involve direct fundraising where you will be expected to meet a personal target.

Key Accountabilities:

• Responsible for coaching the performance of multiple teams in the region that will consist of lone workers, pairs of fundraisers to bigger teams as the income plan increases.
• Responsible for an individual fundraising target and set of KPI’s that include inspiring people to become long-term monthly donors, generating income through contactless one-off donations and acquiring newsletter prospecting sign ups in a range of locations including residential door-to-door, town and city centres, private venues, and events and more commonly on our private land, the canal and river Towpaths.
• Acting as a hands-on fundraiser who leads by example, delivering fundraising income through signing up Friends and generating contactless income whilst demonstrating the Canal & River Trust ‘s values and behaviours.
• Generating income and being present on-site to visit fundraising teams, fundraise with them, cover sickness absence, coach performance, provide training & development of fundraisers, reinforce our culture of health & safety, embed compliance standards.
• Provide phone coaching and in-person coaching of fundraisers to support meeting their targets and KPI’s and in individual cases working with fundraisers to improve their results from their current level of performance to the required standard by equipping them with the technical and psychological training to work to their very best.
• Identify training requirements and deliver on and off field training and coaching to grow income.

As Shop Support Manager, you will provide focused support on defined areas, working alongside the Shop Manager to understand the shop, community, and proposition. This is an exciting new role with huge opportunity to impact the success of our Clapham shop, and to act as an ambassador for our brand in the local community!

Working closely with the Shop Manager in our Clapham shop, an initial focus of your role will be in supporting volunteer recruitment as we look to grow our existing volunteer team, including ensuring they receive amazing induction and training support when they join us!   

You will also be responsible for delivering on other key areas of work to enable the delivery of the shop's potential and empower the volunteer team to help the Shop Manager drive the shop forward. At times this will include taking on responsibility for day-to-day operations or leadership of the shop, providing key support and additional capacity to the Shop Manager to enable the shop's continued success.

You will be someone with exceptional project coordination skills, who understands the importance of community and enjoys supporting people to exercise similar passions through volunteering.

• Project coordination experience within retail or a transferable setting, e.g. community engagement, volunteer management, operations etc. 
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build & maintain positive working relationships with a variety of people.
• A flexible, positive and resilient attitude, able to work at pace in a fast-moving environment. 
• Results driven approach with experience of working to targets. 
• Experience and confidence using a range of IT platforms including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), as well as systems for the management of other areas (e.g. reporting, volunteer management).

The Role

Smart Works is volunteer-powered and exists to empower all women who need help getting into work. Universify exists to create a fairer, more equal society where every young person can fulfil their potential regardless of their background. We equip young people from low socio-economic and underrepresented backgrounds with the skills, knowledge, and belief to fulfil their potential through education.

We work with Year 10-11 students (aged 14-16) to increase their aspirations, improve GCSE attainment and to gain a greater understanding of post-18 pathways, particularly university, to make a more informed decision about their future. ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Programme Manager, you will manage the Programme Team to deliver the charity’s annual residential and coaching programme and impact reporting. You will act as the primary relationship holder for all existing major programme partners, including universities and other third sector organisations. During programme delivery, you will be a part of the team’s Safeguarding Leads and work with the Programme Team to ensure the safety and care of our participants.
