We know we can do even better, by making our systems and processes more consistent, facilitating collaboration between our programmes, and having the data we need to monitor, evaluate, and learn systematically from what we do.

If this is the right role for you it will be because you want to learn and grow as a person and a professional. Initially, it will include project management of our move to a single CRM and a single online portal, in partnership with Do-it, alongside management of our Core Services team. You will work with our senior managers so that, as the systems upgrade moves to a conclusion, you will have developed the skills, knowledge and experience you need to to take on senior management responsibility for our systems and back-office processes.
