VSO is the world's leading development organisation that works through volunteers to fight poverty. We are unique in the way we bring people together to share their skills and experience, generate insights and ideas and, most of all, take action against poverty and exclusion. It's a highly effective approach that works, and today is helping millions of people in some of the world's poorest communities lift themselves out of poverty.
Use your skills to do something different, worthwhile and hugely rewarding! This is an exciting role as part of our Global IT Team, in a vibrant location and with great teammates. You will help provide IT Support services to VSO team members across the globe. You will interact with different people and cultures, providing first, second and third line support for VSO applications and services. You will also be exposed to project work within the business and work closely with Solutions Delivery and Infrastructure teammates.
Skills, qualifications and experience
We require a person with a "can do" attitude, who has experience providing IT and desktop support to internal users. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their experience and pick up new skills in a busy and motivating environment. Your passion for customer service and helping others will enable you to help deliver on VSO's People First strategy, which puts people at the centre of everything we do.
