- Manage all incoming supporter post and communications.
- Deliver effective gift and income administration, processing VSO’s income in an accurate and timely way, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, best practice and VSO procedures.
- Work closely with all third-party agencies involved in gift administration ensuring effective and seamless integration.
- Implement an innovative thank you and retention programme to ensure all our donors are thanked in a timely way that inspires continued support.
- Deliver effective administration of Direct Debit claims (UK and Ireland) Gift Aid Claims (UK) and Tax Relief (IRE) - meeting all rules and regulations.
- Effectively administer gift aid processes, declaration and documentation to highest level and best practice.
