Job Description

WCVS is seeking an experienced, motivated and commited Administrator to supporting the organisation’s effective operation through provision of day-to-day administrative tasks. Key tasks of the role will include:

  • Maintaining office and administrative systems including filing and electronic records.
  • Undertaking basic finance and HR functions and providing administrative support to the CEO, Management Team and Board of Trustees.
  • Supporting the delivery front desk/reception duties.
