Job description

EMHIP is a quality improvement programme aimed at reducing and ultimately eliminating ethnic inequalities in access, experience and outcome of mental health care. We have developed a Key Interventions implementation plan, of which the establishment of a BME specific Crisis Family Placement Service is one of the first to go live.

The Crisis Family Placement Manager will lead this programme of work, working alongside families, and mental health services, to provide an alternative to hospital admissions. If you have the vision, capabilities and appetite to be at the forefront of this exciting new initiative, we will love to hear from you.
