This role is part of the Connecting Choices Stoke on Trent project which is funded by the European Social Fund (ESF) and The National Lottery Community Fund. The project runs until March 2023. The Connecting Choices Project is delivered within the project Stoke Recovery Service. The project aims to support people who have experienced problematic substance misuse and are rebuilding their recovery life. The project aims to support individuals to gain new skills and feel more prepared and ready for employment.
What we are looking for
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic individual to join our team, this role will include meeting with service users on a one to one basis to identify their current situation and the issues preventing them from moving forwards by completing an initial assessment and developing an action plan to start the journey to achieving goals, also to carry out structured action plan reviews for each service user in order to improve their personal development and employability.

This is a fixed term post working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9-5pm, until 31 March 2023.
