Job description

In 2018, there were 7.3 million people in cultural employment across the EU-27. That’s 1 in 25 people in Europe working in arts and culture, a sector now deeply disrupted by COVID-19 with artists confined at home, and theaters and concert venues left vacant. So how can artists continue sharing art and make a living? During this period of crisis, people more than ever need moments of joy, inspiration and creativity. This is especially true for the most vulnerable groups of society who are isolated from their family, friends and more generally in need of emotional, purpose and hope.

Art Hub transforms the relationship between artists and audiences forever by providing a digital space that is here to stay, creating a sustainable ecosystem that will complement traditional live performances as we have known them. Art Hub is a digital marketplace enabling artists and individuals to connect, schedule and pay for live performances. Moreover, Art Hub is completely carbon-neutral and 3% of ticket revenues go towards social & environmental sustainability projects. Thus, Art Hub not only supports social cohesion through local tradition, art and culture but also by aligning to several SDGs!
