Are you passionate about working in a women-led membership organisation and supporting local violence against women services and survivors across Wales?
WWA is looking to expand to our Services and Survivor Engagement team and are recruiting for a role dedicated to supporting our member services to improve their capacity and sustainability.
Are you experienced in working in partnership with organisations that deliver VAWDASV support services? Do you have a good knowledge and understanding of organisational development within third sector organisations? Are you an effective communicator with excellent networking and project management skills?
We are looking for asolution-focused individual to provide targeted support to our members, helping them to strengthen their services and communicate their value externally, enabling them to access new funding opportunities. A willingness to travel across Wales and to attend evening meetings and weekend events is required, whilst having a flexible attitude to hours of work.
