We are seeking an inspirational senior marketing professional to lead our marketing and communications team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the continued success of this much-loved regional charity.
Naomi House & Jacksplace are hospices for children and young adults, and the organisation has a very special story to tell. As Head of Marketing, it will be your job to ensure our story reaches the right people and really cuts through the noise.
A strategic thinker and exceptional leader, you will guide and support a small but high-performing marketing team to deliver excellence in charity communications, PR, web and social engagement and brand development. You will ensure our fabulous fundraisers have the tools they need to succeed in their vital roles, and Naomi House & Jacksplace remains admired and respected right across central southern England.
Our hospices are there for families on good days, difficult days and last days, so any successful applicant will blend energy and enthusiasm with a compassionate and considered approach.
You’ll need to be exceptionally organised, able to communicate with a range of audiences and totally driven to find the next big idea (especially in the field of digital innovation).
