We’re looking for an exceptional and creative Impact and Evaluation Manger to lead our work on adaptive approaches to monitoring and evaluation and who can balance strategic needs with the reality of our frontline work.
Working under the direction of Director of Transformation, the role of Impact & Evaluation Manager will be critical in championing robust evaluation in the organisation, adapting approaches and steering learning to ensure a meaningful impact.

- Analyse data and produce tangible products geared to inform strategic decision-making, optimize processes and drive sustainable growth.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development with a view to improve data gathering and exploitation within cross- functional teams.

The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of excellent fundraising results and fundraising compliance standards and specifically the delivery of performance improvements in our F2F fundraisers through coaching, training, and continuous development. The role will also involve direct fundraising where you will be expected to meet a personal target.
Key Accountabilities:
- Responsible for coaching the performance of multiple teams in the region that will consist of lone workers, pairs of fundraisers to bigger teams as the income plan increases.
- Responsible for an individual fundraising target and set of KPI’s that include inspiring people to become long-term monthly donors, generating income through contactless one-off donations and acquiring newsletter prospecting sign ups in a range of locations including residential door-to-door, town and city centres, private venues, and events and more commonly on our private land, the canal and river Towpaths.
- Acting as a hands-on fundraiser who leads by example, delivering fundraising income through signing up Friends and generating contactless income whilst demonstrating the Canal & River Trust ‘s values and behaviours.
- Generating income and being present on-site to visit fundraising teams, fundraise with them, cover sickness absence, coach performance, provide training & development of fundraisers, reinforce our culture of health & safety, embed compliance standards.
- Provide phone coaching and in-person coaching of fundraisers to support meeting their targets and KPI’s and in individual cases working with fundraisers to improve their results from their current level of performance to the required standard by equipping them with the technical and psychological training to work to their very best.
- Identify training requirements and deliver on and off field training and coaching to grow income.

- Undertake mystery shopping, observations and internal quality control auditing of values, behaviour, and fundraising technique.

This includes taking responsibility for the regional fundraising targets and KPI’s.
- Working with our partner recruitment agency to arrange interviews, send out communications to candidates and sit on the interview panel with the aim of recruiting and onboarding new F2F fundraisers into the F2F programme.
- Support the delivery of performance incentives and setting up/editing teams on Evergiving and the rota.
- Provision of daily reports of observations and actions taken, areas of success, results for that day and areas of training and development identified.
- Process all sensitive and data protected information obtained by donors as confidential and in a safe and secure manner in line with the Trust’s GDPR and Security Procedures.
- Carrying out Daily Compliance training, Charity conversation, case for support and storytelling practice and Health and Safety training sessions as per directed by the Regional F2F Fundraising Manager.
- Manages feedback and complaints in a professional manner and follows the complaints process and communicates details to Regional F2F Fundraising Manager so it can be addressed in a timely and efficient manner.

As a mental health content specialist, you will play a key role in creating new, valuable mental health-related content aimed at reducing panic and anxiety for users of our app. You will play a key role in informing the overall direction of our mental health app to ensure that we are providing evidence-based support for anxiety and panic.
The role will entail taking on responsibility for the content of our app, Mind Ease. This includes:
- Creating a plan for how we better support users around panic and anxiety through our app, based on evidence-based techniques and informed by the needs of our users
- Communicating best practice around treating anxiety and panic to our small team of non-clinicians
- Writing snappy and engaging psychoeducational activities to add to our library of in-app content. Adapting these activities based on feedback from users and the team.

Mandatory requirements for this role:

The team deliver a range of services, including training on housing and homelessness prevention, housing law consultancy, online resources and projects to support professionals working directly with people at risk of homelessness to get positive outcomes. As a Delivery Manager (DM) you will be responsible for the oversight and delivery of the regional Envision programme. This includes managing delivery staff and ensuring quality assurance is in place to achieve the agreed KPIs and outputs.
Working closely with Regional Managers you will ensure schools and business partnerships are in place to enable delivery of the programme and support the delivery team to organise logistics of sessions.
You will also work closely with the Programme and Impact team, including the Director of Programmes and Impact, Data and Impact Manager and Curriculum Development Manager to ensure your team is delivering high-quality impactful sessions.

- Programme Management: Oversee all aspects of the delivery of the Envision programme ensuring ongoing monitoring against milestones and outputs.

- People Management: Support Regional Managers in leading a high-performance regional team.

Essential Experience, Knowledge and Competencies:
- Experience of working with stakeholders - Building a strong rapport with stakeholders by setting clear expectations and delivering on these- Understanding the needs of partners and the challenges they face.
- Experience of project management - highly organised, with the ability to work with initiative and manage your own time to meet deadlines.
- Experience of delivering programmes with young people - including preparing engaging sessions and facilitating sessions with young people.

Harris Hill is searching for an Alumni and Development Executive for around 3 months to cover a leaver.
This role will need to start around the 22nd April for a handover with the current postholder. The post can be 3, 4 or 5 days per week but on the understanding that this be hybrid based with the need to attend their numerous sites, depending on alumni events.
This role has sites in London and Surrey, so you may need to attend either for specific events. This could be a couple times a month to a few times a week during holiday periods. These essentially correlate to alumi tours of the schools. You would know about these a couple weeks in advance and you would have some power to book these in dates and times that work. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop a strategy for international for major gifts fundraising
- Manage and maintain a portfolio major gift donors and prospects, across PETA international entities
- Effectively steward donors and prospects
- Develop personal engagement plans for donors, using knowledge and insights to plan appropriate communications
- Solicit major financial contributions from targeted donors
- Manage a pipeline of prospects, creating engaging opportunities for donors to increase their giving to a higher level
- Acknowledge, thank and recognise donors appropriate to their level of support, and ensure restricted gifts are appropriately allocated
- Maintain accurate records on PETA entities’ databases with relevant information and research
