Locum Night Support Workers
£12.56 per hour
Casual / Flexible hours per week

Have you got the ability to inspire, motivate and to make a difference to client lives? If so, we are looking for you to join our bank of Locum Workers.

WLM has been doing extraordinary, pioneering work for the last 130 years. Our work empowers hundreds of people affected by homelessness, addictions and trauma to lead more fulfilling lives.

We are particularly looking for individuals who are able to work nights and support our work at The Haven (N4 4AQ). The Haven is a CQC registered service that provides 24-hour care and support to men with a history of alcohol dependence, mental ill health and homelessness. The Haven provides a stable environment using a harm reduction approach to support residents to make positive changes in their lives and begin their road to recovery.

We are looking for individuals who can promote the delivery of high quality, personalised support and care. The successful applicant will need to be an enthusiastic person who will be ensuing the safety and security of our service users during the night.

Shift work is essential to our commitment to deliver safe, quality services.

This work is offered on a casual, hourly paid basis to provide cover during staff absence and/or particularly busy periods. Availability should be specified on your application and will be discussed at interview
