Job description

This exciting opportunity will enable the successful candidate to be part of shaping a new stage in our delivery. Online, e-learning and face to face delivery in groups and on an individual basis make this a wide-ranging role in a progressive, adaptable and flexible team.

The successful candidate will have relevant experience of facilitating and delivering a wide range of training programmes including delivering to children and young people, community groups and professionals in both groups and on a 1:1 basis. They will be required to have an understanding of the nature and impact of sexual violence and experience of working in this sector.

They will be required to have an understanding of the nature and impact of sexual violence and experience of working in this sector.

The successful candidate should be able to:

  • Develop and deliver training focused on providing a range of specialist sexual violence awareness and interventions in both face to face and online settings.
  • Deliver our educational resource Purple Leaf Education, within educational settings to a range of children and young people of various ages in both groups and on a 1:1 basis.
  • Consider and respond to child safeguarding issues when engaging with all children and young people.
  • Contribute towards service development.

The post is based in Worcestershire but the successful applicant must have the ability to travel throughout Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Shropshire.

This post is being offered on a full-time 37.5 hours per week contract, but part-time hours may be considered for the right candidate.
